We liked the location and the breakfast was excellent. It was nice being close to the grocery store and restaurants.

We like the hot tub, pool, and sauna here. However, they were all out of service and they did not disclose -The pool and hot tub were already down before we arrived. We would have stayed somewhere else. Rooms VERY outdated & smelly, cold water in shower.

The hotel was very dirty. During our four day stay, housekeeping did not once come. The pool chemicals were so harsh that everyone that got in began to cough uncontrollably. Very disappointed in this hotel for how much I paid.

front desk- great; room- older but layout is still super - wet bar w fridge and microwave nice, space great. pool- an asset front desk tells me is on the way out with renovation. Perhaps a workout room instead? lobby- inviting, yet the windows real dirty on entering. I have considered Shilo to be a good value, clean facility in past years.

Facilities - appeared not cared for in common areas. No excuse for dirtyness, even if property needs remodelling. Breakfast- My main concern- they advertised hot breakfast, which is why I selected Shilo. A sign was up that "sorry, our kitchen facilities down, (or something like that). I sensed that it could be a staffing problem instead and the sign was bogus. Would a facility close for the night, if staffing problems exist? of course not, so make sure the hot breakfast is there though it may be inconvenient for management. Please find a solution next time.

Just ok and did not meet expectations for a stay at Shilo Inns.

room was large and comfortable and had all features such as fridge microwave coffee hairdryer and a table with chairs

Room was difficult to get to. location of elevator is in a narrow nook and makes moving luggage in and out hard. Breakfast was ok but nothing to get excited about. Powdered eggs and seasoned potatoes was yuck.

I saw that the rooms were cheaper a couple of days before booking. Keep one price, people will notice, then you might have more repeat customers. Stop the price changes, this place is over 25 years old. WHAT I LIKES, THE ROOM WAS OVER ALL OK

Beds were hard. Jacuzzi was over chlorinated, couldn't breath, eyes teared, couldn't enjoy it. Coffee in the room wasn't enough. Should really think about upgrading to pods.
