Positives:
The staff were fantastic! The lobby is beautiful and clean! Our room was spacious and clean. The location was convenient to what we wanted to see and it was very close to LAX.
Negatives:
I booked 2 rooms. My daughter and son in law arrived 2 days ahead of us. I had booked them an upgraded room for their anniversary. Unfortunately, they had to move to a downgrade room because they had an adjoining room with other guests and they were so loud, it was disruptive. The pillows were horrible. They were so big it was hard to sleep comfortably on them. I am picky, so this may not be a big deal to someone else. I didn't sleep comfortably due to the pillows.
