I didn’t have breakfast, I was strictly there to put flowers on my fathers grave that was laid to rest 10-24-25 across the street at the National Cemetery.
Negatives:
I’m a Hilton honors member and I wasn’t given my due diligence. It’s this one person that’s at that location that isn’t nice let alone friendly. I asked her if I suppose to get my grab bag and she was wrong let alone she didn’t even look up or let alone what status of a member I was.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were very good at their jobs.
Negatives:
There weren't enough staff at check in,later on a Friday night. After a long day, we waited 45 minutes in line to check in. Upon entry to our room, we were greeted by a horrible smell (likely feces). We immediately returned to front desk for another room. Staff was very accommodating. Finally entered a 2nd alternate choice room (no more of our requested rooms available)2 hours after arrival at 11pm, all while lugging baggage with a disabled husband and 9 year old grandchild (we're 65yrs old). It was not a good night.

The morning breakfast and In N Out being right there was a bonus! The rooms were nice, at least had potential.
Negatives:
WE HAD ANTSSSSS! Our bathroom needed a lot of maintenance. The floor was covered in ants. Our shower had a crack causing water to flood the floor. The sink was clogged so our water wouldn’t go down. Everyone on our floor was just loud, they’re was food all in the hallways from other rooms. It was just not as relaxing and comfortable as we would’ve liked. The people were nice when we spoke to them about everything but not helpful at all. Nothing and I mean nothing was resolved. No compensation just smiles and nods. We won’t be back.
