They forgot to clean my room, fill up coffee water, towels.
When I ask them, they said "ohh we forgot to ask you if you want your room clean or not.
Then I ask if it can be done now (5:30 pm) and they said NO.
no compensation was offered
I go dinner as hotel guest, the waitress asks me "full dinner (3 course or more)", I answer No, just some food and then to bed.
They she said "then you can only sit in the bar" I never have been at a hotel we guest not are allowed to have dinner at the restaurant. Price compared to quality was also an issue

From the minute we checked in with lovely Chloe who gave us a fabulous room location. I had booked a Marina view. We could hear the fabulous musicians playing from 6-9 from our balcony. All FANTASTIC!
Negatives:
Well If I must say, the furnishings were a negative. So old. Did not make sense for such a 5 star property. I commented upon our departure and was told it was all being replaced.

Many of the front desk were surly and non-communicative. I found them very hard work. Bar staff likewise ~ seemed like they were doing you a favour by serving you.

Positives:
The Location is great for being in good walking distance to Venice Beach, and some great restaurants. We had a room overlooking the car park, but we were only there for 1 x night so this really wasn't an issue. The room was a great size, we had extra bags so needed a bit more space to sort before flying out next day. Staff were very accomodating with storing our bags on day of flying, as we had a late night flight.
The pool area is lovely, very relaxing, was extra nice that they were having a BBQ on the night we were there, celebrating Memorial Day. We would definitely recommend this Hotel.
