The first room was not cleaned very well, but the front desk staff took such good care of us that it wasn’t a big deal or second room was very clean and comfortable, and he handled the situation immediately
No coffee in the room was an inconvenience for this location, because the Starbucks was way too busy for immediate service.

Positives:
Great location, right off the highway. Next door to a Denny's. A short drive to all the local attractions. Staff was very friendly. The room was extraordinarily clean.
Negatives:
No fault of the hotel, there were children running up and down the halls early in the morning yelling and playing very loudly. Again, no fault of the hotel.

Very miserable staff wouldn’t answer the phone at 12:30 PM when I got in to take a shower and the shower was all moldy.

Excellent location. This property is about 10 minutes from Cannery Row and the Aquarium and about 15 minutes to 17-mile drive. The property is quiet and clean with a safe and lit parking area. This is my primary property for overnight stays in the Monterey Bay area.

Only wish is for earlier breakfast times with i have an early tee time.

It was a bit loud- walls were thin so you’d hear people slamming doors and moving around in other rooms. Rooms didn’t have a hair dryer or shampoo- but I guess I should have checked if it was provided when booking.
