Positives:
It's cheaper than everything else at this time of year. It was quiet. Good location to the hwy and beach. The guys at the front desk were kind.
Negatives:
Everything is old and worn down. The shower knob moved around when I turned it. The sink drained slowly. The mattress was uncomfortable. The key card entry system is also outdated. My card deactivated one day and I had to go to the front desk and have it rescanned.

The cleanliness, I had to buy a big pack of wipes to clean the toilet. This was when we first walked in the room. There was old poop in the cracks of the seat. While cleaning I also noticed that they used a plastic knife to prop the toilet to make it stable.

This motel exceeded our expectations considering its price. I requested a quiet room with a garden view, and my request was accommodated. Free parking is available right around the motel.
I liked the interior of the room, the comfortable bed, and the sound of birds singing in the garden in the early morning. The curtains provide excellent sun protection.
Negatives:
It seems there’s no elevator to the second floor, and the room doesn’t have a fridge or kettle. But for a one- or two-night stay, it’s a good option!
