Love this property but it...
Positives:
It was a good surprise - it was so good that we decided to stay an extra night. The hotel is renovating the rooms - we stayed the first night in a newly renovated room and the second night in one of the old rooms. The new rooms are very nice and modern, but even the old room was very comfortable. The staff was very supportive and always ready to help. The restaurant is also extremely good. For the second day, we ordered the breakfast to the room and the food came at the time requested. The quality was great. The views from the rooms were amazing, with open view to the beach and sea.
Negatives:
There is nothing negative - maybe consider that this is a resort and you won't be able to park next to the room. The parking spaces are close to reception and guests are moved within the resort by the staff. However, they were always fast and available 24h.

We love the location . The salt wood breakfast was great and well worth it. They were on time and the meal was very good and their staff were very friendly and nice. Great job guys

Well it would have been nice if some one could have told us that it was being remodeled during the time we booked it. We of course didn't get a new unit but the old one. And we were told we got a room upgrade but we didn't.

My room had an excellent beach and scenic view. The room was quiet, spacious and convenient for walking around the complex. I enjoyed the hospitality of the staff. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome.
Negatives:
I wish I had a bigger desk and chair for my computer. The rooms need some updating, however, I understand that's in the process of happening.

The Fire Place in the room is the heater and you can crank it up and open the sliding glass door to hear the Surf at night, let me tell you, I slept like a baby (that is when I slept ;) ).

Sanctuary lets lodgers bring there dogs. Now I do not mind pets, but I do mind when there owners let them bark for most of the night, not a good thing when you are paying $1000 a night!
