The checking counter that didn't function as I did check in and wasn't recorded or registered.
Needs a little update. We had a little stove in the room. The burners were really bad. The person upstairs walked around most of the night, all three nights. Overall it was very good
Nothing, this hotel was the worst
As soon as I got there they said they couldn't find my reservation ( I had the papers printed out with receipt and confirmation number) the lady who claimed to be the manager said I'd have to purchase the room at their rate if I wanted to stay there.

The customer service at this hotel is the worst I've ever had in my life. Starting with the manger to the desk person all the way down to the head maid . Awful!!!!!

Not too much to like. The room was clean, the lobby was well kept.
The hallways smelled like marijuana. There were homeless people in the lobby as well as sitting around in the parking lot. The safety concern I had was for my car as a homeless person was walking around looking inside other parked cars in the lot.
It could he and should a lot cheaper price to have to pay but itÃƒÂ¢Ã¢Â‚Â¬Ã¢Â„Â¢d the best price to have to pay. Its location is cool to.
Parking sometimes get to be limited. Due to the extra cars that some groups of guest bring with them. There could be up to 2-3 cars for some room that would be reserved. So if you just so happen to have to go and come back at night you will lose your spot
Never been told by housekeeping that they cannot supply me with more towels. Covid or not it's insane that hotels want to continue to charge top dollar price when they are providing less & less of things due to covid. Should reflect that in pricing.
It was filthy, the staff was rude or just not available. The whole property needs updating
Very little. I didn't even stay here in the end. Incompetence, lacking care & compassion, and poor employee work ethic are enough reasons not to risk further disappointment. My stay at the Hyatt was quite satisfactory, and above/beyond my expectations.
Desk clerk seemed aloof, not at all personable or customer service savvy. It actually took several chimes just have her come and open the door. Clerk was bubbly and cheerful with previous/simple guest check-in. When unsure of what to do, attitude orsens
