People living in cars in the parking lot. Also the pullout bed had dirty sheets the night clerk apologized and gave me clean bedding , but as a paying guest it should not have been my responsibility to change the bedding they could have offered a discount or partial refund..

The room was dirty and smelled. We got the impression this hotel is housing homeless or low income people who sort of take over the common areas of the hotel.
Positives:
The staff was very nice. We had 2 parties and she booked us next to each other. Great price if you plan on going to hard rock or the amphitheatre. 9 min drive away. Don't have to pay outrageous prices at the hard rock. I will definitely be staying at this location alot more for concerts and events.

Outside.. the location wasn't in the best place... Lot of homeless by the Walmart across the street. But hotel was still clean and safe.
