Hotel staff unable to fulfill our request for extra towel. The room is for 4 occupancy, but only two kids size bath towel was provided. No quiet time was in place, people walk around the hotel room and speaking outloud throughout the night, car racing.

During the evening hours, there were a numerous people that caused loud disruptions just outside my door and a fight almost broke out in 2AM. Overall, I am unsure if this is a safe location. 24 hour security should be provided at this hotel.

The only thing good about this hotel was that it was in an easy location to get on and off HWY/FWY. The room was a disability accessible room, I have no clue why except that its parking space was in front of room. You couldnt maneuver a wheelchair.
Negatives:
The hotel staff wasnt knowledgeable about their WI-FI. I also asked was that they come and empty trash can, take out used towels and bring fresh towels to the room each day and they couldnt do that. As a paying guest was dissatisfied with them.

The only thing good thing was I didn't have to sleep in my car.

I was denied my deposit because my 2 kids under 2 and I stayed 2 nights and left a "mess" they ate pop tarts for breakfast. Imagine the crumbs.i said I waited for housekeeping she said they only clean every three days!!...wait what??
