The sofa in the room was dirty.
We were assigned a maintenance room when we arrived late that night. Someone seemed to already have put they stuff in the room and there was only 1 small cot bed. We had to go back to the lobby to get a new room.

Front desk night employee. Named either Alex or Nick.. FABULOUS person. Stayed so calm and collected while dealing with a lot of people coming from the airport due to a cancelled flight. He is a wonderful person with an amazing temperament.
