Most useful for early flight departures, very positive experience

I'm waiting for my refund. I left a message and no response.
Negatives:
Blamed my sister for a situation and wouldn't look at video footage to see what really occurred and how it occurred. My mom has Alzheimers and Dementia, staff needs to be trained how to be aware and deal with people that have that. At least try to be understanding how difficult it can be to try to help them understand what's happening and why.

The room was very clean and the staff were excellent
Negatives:
The "free shuttle" is not really worth it, if I had known I would have just taken uber. The shuttle only runs about every hour and after traveling for almost 48 hrs the last thing I wanted to do was wait in the cold for an hour. And, the shuttle went to several other stops before this hotel and in a completely different direction, making the trip from the airport to the hotel over 30 minutes (should have been about 10 minutes)
