Positives:
My stay at Larkspur Landing Milpitas was very comfortable. The breakfast was basic, but good enough. It was located in a quite neighborhood with quite a few restaurants around. Also there was shopping across the hotel.

Overall a good stay. Definitely...
Positives:
The bed was extra comfortable. The breakfast is an added bonus as we are always in the area for dance classes at the convention center in Santa Clara and are up early rushing to get there. Coffee is great too!!
Negatives:
The TV didn't work our entire stay. Within 15 minutes of being in our room Friday we noticed and called the front desk. The lady at the desk asked what it was doing. Then I went to the front desk and she told me many TVs were having issues and that she had been moving people from their rooms but realized the TVs weren't working in their new room. She then said she'd call the manager. Nothing night 1. Morning 1 I mentioned to the front desk what could happen and nothing. At that point, we didn't want to return to the hotel without TV and movies like we usually do. Finally returned after 10pm Saturday night and nothing. Mentioned to the front desk and no fix. Final morning we decided we wouldn't stay there again. You have an incompetent employee that was on her phone the entire time she was working. I get graveyard but if you can't fix a problem don't lie!

The room wasn't clean enough very outdated and torn down, spiders in the room too. Front desk was kinda slow checking in and out.
