I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Residence Inn in Milpitas, CA, with my family for an overnight visit, and I can't recommend it enough! We booked two studio rooms with king beds, and to our delight, the front desk supervisor, Karen, graciously upgraded one of our rooms to a spacious two-bedroom suite. This thoughtful gesture made our stay even more enjoyable.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for our family of four. We also loved the breakfast—truly amazing! There was a great variety of options to choose from, ensuring everyone found something they liked.
It was a lovely surprise to learn that Karen has been with the hotel for 10 years, just like our family had visited a decade ago! It really felt like a homecoming. I brought my parents along for this trip, and they were equally impressed with their room and the overall experience.
In summary, our stay at the Residence Inn was fantastic. The combination of excellent service, clean accommodations, and delicious breakfast made for a memorable visit. Thank you, Karen, and the entire staff for making our family getaway special! We'll definitely be back.
