Positives:
We checked in and went to our rooms on the 2nd floor. The elevator was out of service. My husband has arthiritic knees & it was difficult to walk up to the 2nd floor. There was a smell that lingered in the hallways. The TV in our room had no sound. We called the front desk & they sent someone with new remote. The TV sound still did not work. The bed was super lumpy & uncomfortable.

Positives:
The room had plenty of space for 3 people. There was plenty of storage space. The kitchen had more amenities than a smiliar hotel we had stayed. The fridge had a built in ice maker!
