I upgraded to a "better" room. NOT! First room: phone didn't work, clock didn't work, blinds wouldn't close properly (no way to block light). SECOND room: a/c didn't work, 2 lamps didn't work.

The property was very nice and well maintained.
Negatives:
The front desk lady didn’t know how to work their EV charger. I asked if I could get access to it and she replied with “my manager will let me know when they get back from the airport” (she never got back to me). As I was walking back to my car, their security guard hassled me with questions as if I wasn’t a paying guest there.

The location is super ,there’s an Asian plaza under the floor,lots of food options and a grocery store. The check in and out super fast than others hotel .highly recommend
Negatives:
The resort fee /parking fee not reasonable,actually there’s nothing valuable for paying.
And the room 317 the bath tap water (cold /hot )it’s a wrong sign , the correct hot water is at cold side sign also the cold water at hot sign . Plz switch it.
