Clean and comfortable room, nice bed and pillows, quiet location. Reasonable price before the get you for all the add ons

Not really a 4 star everything was for purchase Didnt even offer water in the room Staff not real welcoming maybe due to everyone in line ahead of me having to pay an extra $40 for early check in before 4pm and $30 to park a car. No one was happy

Staff was great they were clean and very nice. Wish they offered coffee and maybe some danishes in the morning.

Was a little disappointed that the charged 15$ a day for parking after you pay a good size fee to stay there. Would have like to have out sheets changed out atleast every other day didn't get that done the whole the we were there.We asked they said short

Yes, there is only a community microwave in the hallway for communal use. The staff in the restaurant for the buffet was very attentive and very good. Room was spacious and well decorated.

Nighttime staff was abrasive, daytime staff was nicer. The buffet is overpriced.

Positives:
The location was convenient to shopping, food and a BART train stop.
Negatives:
Our room had bed bugs!!! My wife was bitten all over her feet and legs and had a bad reaction to the bites. This was the first time we ever experienced this and it was totally unacceptable. We informed the staff and they simply apologized, moved us to another room and gave us some vouchers for free breakfast. They said they couldn't comp me for the room because I booked through a third party site. WTH....Sorry, but I will not be staying at Sonesta brand hotels ever again!!
