Nobody speaks and nobody acknowledges you. I was there for two days and passed by front desk, housekeeping and breakfast staff many times and not once did any of them greet me or make me feel welcome. It was like nobody was happy or liked their job.
Positives:
Grt place to stay with kids. Clean, Very accommodating staff and Location. I would suggest hotel to provide a complimentary parking for guests.

Staff was horrible, maybe a change is management would benefit this hotel. Would avoid this hotel unless last resort. TV didn't even work maintenance guy was only cool staff. But he couldn't fix because they didn't pay the cable bill so no channels.
