Positives:
The location is close to freeways and food places. Parking is easy and no extra cost or pass needed.
Negatives:
For the price the room should have been in better condition. You can tell they tried to renovate, but it was done poorly. Chips in floor tile, dead bed bug found in carpet, furniture is stained. Had to switch rooms from a leak. You can hear every noise.

It was a convenient compromise for the factors I was seeking in a hotel. The best thing was finding a new restaurant nearby which I will definitely return.

Not my problem, but a number of reviews did point out that the hotel lacks elevators. This might be a problem for some older people traveling with a lot of luggage (I sometimes travel with big bags) and you get the 3rd floor. This was a rainy day. TV

The cleanliness is very poor but above all the staff are very unresponsive and dull. They seem to not care and not want to hear the guests issue. They laughed amongst themselves when I presented them with my issue, not professional at all.

Clean, allowed me to get in a few minutes early after a long day of travel

The Internet resets itself too frequently, and disconnects too easily. It would be great if they could improve the Internet. But other than that I really like it!

I experience some bugs with in my room - crawling critters. I went to the market and got a bug bomb spray and after that didnt have any more issues.

This hotel is the most depressing place Ive ever been. I cannot think of anything I liked.
Negatives:
It was dirty and smelly. I pulled back the blankets and found dirt along with someones black and curly body hairs. The counters were either sticky or greasy. Im pretty confident there was blood on the bathroom floor. Gross.
