Positives: Affordability
Negatives: Heating/cooling wall unit was disgustingly dirty. The room got stuffy during the night so I turned on the air. Coughed all night. I'm sure all I did was pollute the room with all the dirt blowing out of there. The room had a musty smell. Pipes upstairs

Positives: only the location. very un happy with this hotel and the staff
Negatives: would never stay here again. first night I arrived the TV was not working and no one available to repair so I had to fix my self and got it working. my mom is 80 yrs old and my brother had bad legs and diabetes.

Positives: Nothing
Negatives: There was a dirty rag hanging from the shower rod as soon as I walked in the room . I contacted the front desk and I was told that there is nothing they can do. They asked me to take it out of the room and they will eventually pick it up .

Positives: The staff was very nice and the housekeeping was very nice and hotel employee I think was her , she was very concerned for my son cause he was on crutches and we where on the 2nd floor with no Elevator
Negatives: Yes when we first got into the room it kind of smelled damp and there was no lumps underneath the carpet and also when you took the shower the water would not drain down in this you hold the Plug up until the water drain down and of course no elevators

Positives: Front desk service was excellent. Very polite when customers started lining up. She was very professional, helpful and patient.
Negatives: Lighting was awful,fluorescent which illuminated the room horribly. Could not open shades since windows is at the level of foot traffic (half basement level/half above ground) to let natural light in. Could not open window for fresh air-safety concerns.
