Positives: only the location. very un happy with this hotel and the staff
Negatives: would never stay here again. first night I arrived the TV was not working and no one available to repair so I had to fix my self and got it working. my mom is 80 yrs old and my brother had bad legs and diabetes.

Positives: The staff was very nice and the housekeeping was very nice and hotel employee I think was her , she was very concerned for my son cause he was on crutches and we where on the 2nd floor with no Elevator
Negatives: Yes when we first got into the room it kind of smelled damp and there was no lumps underneath the carpet and also when you took the shower the water would not drain down in this you hold the Plug up until the water drain down and of course no elevators

Negatives: This is the second time that they gave us. A room that is not ready when we got to the room, someone had previously stayed in it. Usually the girls and friendlier and has a better customer service. The location is very was investable sty.
