Positives:
The courtyard with it's spanish fountain and firepit were very nice and relaxing.
Negatives:
The breakfast was disappointing. In the past there was a fresh omelette station, this time we were only offered a buffet with cold eggs and sausage.
The jacuzzi water was murky and uninviting.
Our two tv's had no signals, a maintenance man came in and fixed them for 10 minutes then the signal went out again. I told the front desk about this and there was a barely an apology and no discount was offered. Ayers Hotels are usually exceptional I was disappointed to see the management slip at this one.
