The bed was too hard. I ached all over. There shouldn't be carpet in the handicapped rooms. It's very hard for a wheelchair to navigate. A bar on the wall by the bed would be helpful.

The room had an a stale, funky odor to it. TV was small maybe 40 inches, and channel selection was minimal.

It was clean overall. Stayed with my 2 kids. The beds were not Queens as I expected, but they were fine. Convenient location and parking was good.

There was a large roach in our alarm clock that we killed. Luckily, that's the only one we saw. We previously stayed here during the construction of the new breakfast area so thought their being out of milk and having very few breakfast items was a temporary issue due to the construction. But even with the new breakfast area, there was VERY few items available and the milk was spoiled. My son was the one who mentioned the taste was off and sure enough the staff confirmed it and took the rest of it away but said they would Not be replacing it. Try having breakfast with no milk for cereal or coffee. Gave it a second chance but will not be staying again. Love Best Western chain but this is not one that fits with the standard.
