My keys stopped working every day. Had to go to the office to get new keys coded every day. Royal pain in the ass.
The TV stopped working on the second day. It was fixed before I got back to my room.
When I pressed 0 in the phone I was connected to a message that all agents were helping other callers. Never got connected to the front desk. A sham.
