Negatives:
The lack of communication among staff member. I requested a late c/o at the front desk and was granted. After 1115 I received 4 different employees knock at my door up until 115.

I love that the hotels location is exactly across our event venue. Front desk agents are accomodations and helpful.

Parking should be free. Also, hair on bed sheets and in bathroom is gross.

The staff was an excellent who wore a number of hats. He is an asset to your company and deserves more recognition and responsibility. The other staff was wonderful, kind and friendly. My wife and I are Hilton Members.

The tub/ shower in our room, #908 , was dated and didnt drain properly.

Close to train track very noisy

Train noise for rooms facing West was loud even on the 11th floor. Sheets on bed were too small (queen for a king bed) so first night they came up; asked for them to be changed and they obliged and much better next day.

Ive stayed at this hotel several times but this time the mattresses in room 503 were very uncomfortable.

Everything was fine except the conditioner bottle was empty. It should be checked more often.
