Positives: The restaurant in the location was good. It was nice after a long day to just order food and not leave the hotel.

Positives: The room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly.
Negatives: The chair in the room was not comfortable. There was no complimentary breakfast or even coffee besides the coffee in the room. We had to pay $12 a day for parking. We've never had to pay for parking in any place we've stayed over the years.

Positives: Clean and the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient.
Negatives: The parking garage was awkward to figure out how to get in and out and use the parking system validation. The parking stairs leading to it had a lot of trash laying around with spilled liquids. The buffet breakfast was pricey with poor food selection.

Negatives: Non Smoking room had a smell that made me feel they tried to cover up that it had been a smoking room. Not like it had been the prior guest but that it had been a smoking room for some time, had a smell of a cleaner or air freshener.

Positives: We were on the 9th floor and was able to open the window. Oh it was nice to sit in the chair and relax and enjoy the fresh air. We had king size bed and it was so comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly, I really enjoyed it!

Negatives: The fact that myself and my children are homeless and pay $-----$--- a night to stay at the double tree and to know it is used as a homeless shelter is very disrespectful to paying customers! I'm disgusted and upset because I'm homeless too!!!

Negatives: The room was on there 6th floor and I could clearly hear traffic and trains the whole time. My room did not have the seal that others had On The door that it was clean. I found a safety pin and some garbage on the floor and a sticker from a new shirt

Positives: I did not like anything about this hotel. There was obtrusive noise from other guests well past ten o'clock at night doors opening and closing. Cars exhibiting speed right outside. To top it off the smoke alarm went off around 2 am due to a low battery
