I love that the hotels location is exactly across our event venue. Front desk agents are accomodations and helpful.

Parking should be free. Also, hair on bed sheets and in bathroom is gross.

Positives:
I booked the hotel for Modesto Marathon. The starting line of the marathon is right at the corner so it's very convenient for me. There's a garage right across the street for 12/night so parking is no issue.

The room had no ventilation. There was no blankets on the bed and I was told that I should of asked for one. When we took our morning showers the window in the room fogged up so bad you couldn't see out of the window. The bed was like a concrete slab. My husband was a commercial plumber and he was just beside himself about the ventilation. It was a filthy location. The elevator from the garage was disgusting. We would of been better off at Motel 6. We were so disappointed. We usually he good stays at Hilton affiliated hotels. We will never stay there adain.

I was actually "shoo"'d out of the parking lot after wrong way driver barreled past. Nobody at desk, no bell staff, one guy for all 7 cars. Mismanaged, still pricy to park. Very long weights due to no people.
