The location was it's best asset, and even that couldn't make up for the staffs rude, judgemental, crude, mean, and very unprofessional behavior and attitudes.
Negatives:
The fact the the worker lied to me when I tried to rebook and told me that they were sold out and they were in fact wide open. She told me that I couldn't extend my stay because they were booked out, and then I booked a room online right after she said that to me.

Rooms were inside the building, needed a key to get into hallways where rooms were located. Parking lot closed at 12am, this is not normally ideal but is in a sketchy area

Staff at check in wasn’t knowledge about hotel policy, when asking he just said “I don’t know I don’t work that shift” I understand different shifts do different things (like PM versus Audit) but basic hotel policy like late check outs should be understood by all staff. Also took like 10-15 mins to check in when it should only take a few
