Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The only thing I liked about this property is that I could find a parking spot.

Where do I begin… this building is nice on the outside but that is all. We stayed on the 3rd floor and it was non smoking but the whole 3rd floor smells like a Vegas casino floor . I wanted to open a window in the hallway just to let some air thru.. Our room layout was horrible. We had a tv that faces the kitchen for some reason. Not the couch or the bed but the kitchen. Our toilet flushed as if it was not in the mood to be a toilet.. very weak flushing. Our tub looks like it’s just being painted over and the paint just keeps peeling off. It looks kinda nasty and makes you not want to shower. I had a single bed and I couldn’t get into bed from my side because the air unit is inbetween the little space from the bed to the wall .. I’ve stayed in many hotels but this one left me disappointed. I feel like I got catfished. I couldn’t even get good WiFi on the 3rd floor it just kept going in and out and was very weak. I called the hotel across the street to see if I could use their WiFi . I feel like I got catfished . Just gave the vibe that all the upgrades this place could use are being misplaced. I would never return again .

The staff was friendly and helpful. And the location was very convenient for where I needed to be.

Everything else! The wifi was awful. I spent about an hour on the phone with someone to get my wifi on, had it for about two minutes and then it went off again. I was there 4 days with no wifi. The carpets in the hallway had HUGE stains. My painting on my bathtub was all chipped off. It looked terrible. Felt old and dirty. The air conditioner made this SUPER LOUD buzzing sound and I could barely sleep. I asked for the kitchen utilities package and it had no coffee mugs. Really sub par.

The facilities definitely needs a lot of up grades. The tub paint is peeling and had a crack. The tub was not clean, it had a ring around the tub and hair. The bathroom sink had stains. The stove was so worn and not clean and the vent was missing the vent cover. Arcadia is a nice area and it's disappointing to see a hotel in such bad condition.
