Good location, easy access. Convenient and accessible parking. Friendly and professional service. Decent breakfast by American standards. Comfortable and quite well-organized room.

It's a pity the windows don't open. The walls between the rooms are quite thin.

Great location as a base...

We got there and checked in, and upon entering our room it smelled like dog. We immediately notified the front desk, and they sent an employee to come and spray the room… afterwards which it did smell better but inevitably the smell came back. I do understand that it is a pet friendly hotel and I have no issue with that. Why not have guests with pets stay in specific pet friendly rooms and have other rooms that are not pet friendly? Coming in and spraying the room while we were there when it should’ve either been done beforehand or we should have just been given another room.
The breakfast was good the first day. However as each day passed it was the same thing over and over again… even if you got there right when it opened it was the same. We just ended up skipping it altogether and eating outside of the hotel or ordering in. I’m not saying it should be anything fancy, but the price I paid to stay here I thought there would be a bit of variety in comparison to other Home2 Suites locations.
On our last night, there was a situation outside that we could see from our window. Apparently a suspect crashed into the guard shack because he drove down from the hilton up the road shooting at a car. There were like 6 cop cars, an ambulance and a firetruck. We thought it was a good location, but the last night really made me question if it was a safe location.
Overall, the price I paid wasn’t worth it and honestly wouldn’t stay here again.

The staff was really nice. The room was the perfect size.
Negatives:
The floor we were on was obviously the pet floor. There was a strong aroma of animal as we stepped off the elevator. Our room smelled horrible of urine, on the couch or on the floor or both.
