The bathroom only had one towel and it was stained and got holes in it.
The sheets were stained and when I asked the front desk for a clean sheets they said they're going to have any and since the housekeeper was gone for the day I had to use the ones that were there.
The television didn't work. And next door there was a dog yes I said a dog crying all night long I got no sleep and I told the front desk that the dog wouldn't let me sleep and they said we'll take care of it but they never did when I left the facility the dog was still crying loud.

It was infested with cockroaches everything has stains the room smelled terrible so we tried clearing the filter on the AC and that was disgusting they provided two towels for a room intended for four people with no wash cloths. When I had called the guy at the desk tried to scam me saying he only had 2 single bed rooms left and that it would be $438 for each room for the 3 nights totaling over $800 so I booked online for half the price because they did in fact have a two bed room still available.
