It said they had bath tubs and they don’t. They didn’t even have any lamps. The towels were minimal and cheap. The bed was not comfortable. The place sucks.

The clerk refused to allow me to check-in and accused me of being on a no rent list of the facility. He did not provide any further information. My wife then attempted to further inquire and she was told I may have don’t something during my last stay. She informed him that i had never stayed there. I contacted the customer service number and was not provided any information about the no rent list. The. Was told my reservation was not in the system.
