Negatives: Dirty/sticky floors seemed like there was lube gel everywhere, dirty sheets, smelly towels, nosy neighbors, broken door lock, broken window, they still have not repaired the ice machine or vending machine nor washing machines. Toilet paper never new. The rooms never smell clean. They never honor any reservations we make. No curtesy shampoo
