We arrived earlier at lobby and asked the front desk guy if we could check in earlier. Vincent a great guy who switched some rooms and got us checked in. Great service!!

New, clean, and roomy. Free parking, wifi, and breakfast are great. Walking distance < 1mile to beach Del Monte and about 10 min drive to downtown. Highly recommended and will come back

The place looks clean in the common areas. We did like that it was quiet from the outside noise.
Negatives:
The elevator made a loud thumping sound every time we used it which gave us some level of anxiety that it was going to break. The room was not clean. The beds had dirt and hair in the bedsheets. When we talked to the front office clerk, he wasn't able to help us much since he was the only one working and could only provide us with extra bed sheets which were also not clean.

The property was clean except for our room. The staff were accommodating and respectful.
Negatives:
Our room didnt seem like it was properly wiped down. The nightstand had something smeared on it, and looked gross. That just made us feel as though the room was unsanitary. The property was in a weird location and the parking was VERY odd. It didnt feel safe.
