the poor design makes the hallways freezing as they are virtually open to the outside.

Clean room. Kids loved having the pool and hot tub. The outdoor pool was heated enough that it felt warm even in January.

Room was dark as it only had some bedside lights and a desk lamp. More lighting/lamps should really be added in the room.

I liked the easy to find location, size of room, and balcony to enjoy morning tea

the small fridge made a lot of noise it woke me up 3 times. My partner feel decor could be better, as well as the close placement of the commode to the door.

Room is spacious and very clean. Easy access highway. Bathroom lights turns on automatically at night. It was wonderful

Swimming pool down for cleaning and maintenance for a couple of days. Grandkids were disappointed. The vouchers to swim at an offsite location was abysmal at best. Kids got kicked out because it was only for senior swim and the staff was very rude.
