We had issues with our plumbing. Water was yellow and we were not able to shower or use the water in the restroom. Toilet wouldn't flush.

I liked the location, how spacious the junior suite was, the fireplace, the delicious muffins.

There was an empty Soda can on the floor of our room . The bathroom sink has a 2 foot crack on the counter top. The room definitely needs some updating.

Great location, nice room that...
Positives:
We love the location of Hotel Pacific. Mostly we LOVE the comfortable rooms with sofa, fireplace and kitchenette. The grounds landscaping is lovely. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The breakfast is very good and the breakfast area is nice.
Negatives:
We’ve stayed here 3 times and have always been very happy with it. While we still love the rooms, we found that overall, the place is in need of some maintenance upkeep and some areas looked pretty dirty…the elevators, the exterior corridors, the garage area, the painted wood. In our room, the bathroom counter and bathroom area is getting a little worn.

Negatives:
The housekeeping service was not daily vs the cost of the room at $250 a night with parking. The hotel service should offer a discount for not having daily room cleaning.
