We had to check into three different rooms (our first room was 1st floor regular) The first room we received still had wine glasses outside, an open wine bottle in the fridge and lots of stuff on the floor. The second room we received (third floor same room type) had a dirty inside of the fridge and sticky stuff all over the coffee table top and sides, dirty floor as well as hairs on the bathroom counter. The third room we received was an ocean view room on the third floor, there was trash still in the trash can (open creamer and sugar packets) however, the rest of the room appeared clean and my toddler was over being hauled back and forth all over the place so we decided to just stay in that room. The staff was friendly throughout the experience and offered us $60 to the restaurant on site prior to knowing about the trash in third room. They did offer to come clean the trash can.

This is such a great spot. The location is superb. On the beach, next to the sand dunes. It is a casual vibe but in a comfortable way. Ocean views everywhere. The patio has fire pits and heaters so you can just hang and listen to the waves day or night or just walk out. Food and drinks available and free parking.
