Good news! Before Tuesday, Jul 15th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Tuesday, Jul 15th, 2025 at midnight and Thursday, Jul 17th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Jul 17th, 2025 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jul 17, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Guarantee Policy

If you don't check-in to the hotel on the first day of your reservation and you do not alert the hotel in advance, your entire reservation will be canceled and you will not be entitled to a refund. The reservation holder must be 21 years of age or older.
