Staff was inattentive and rude. Good luck trying to get someone to answer the phone. Lobby is not open when it says it is...had to drop my key card and call later in the day to confirm my check out was received. Refuse to respond to another booking website for my refund for an additional room that was a "pay at hotel option" where they then took the full amount.
