Positives: Great location close to Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman’s Wharf, Downtown Monterey, Seaside & Sand City. The room had easy access to the pool area from the sliding door. Free wi-fi.

Negatives: The front door to the room is not very safe. Sound and air comes right through because it has an old school window with 3 glass slats and a screen. The back door is sliding glass that locks, but could probably be opened by force. The bathroom is small and old school. I couldn’t get the wi-fi to work on my laptop, but it worked on my phone.
