The the location was perfect for walking to the aquarium and many restaurants in Cannery Row. The breakfast was robust with a waffle maker, warm eggs and sausage

They charge a parking fee, but the refrigerator in our room is not working and maintenance was off duty so they gave us a different room and waved our parking fee, which was really awesome

We loved everything about Victorian Inn. We have stayed there many times and always come back. Front desk was welcoming and was very friendly. The people working throughout the hotel were nice. The rooms are very comfortable with fireplace, balcony and comfortable bed. The wine and cheese in the afternoon and breakfast in the morning were excellent. Easy walking distance to Cannery Row and aquarium.

The breakfast was great and had a good variety. Location is perfect; short walk to cannery row and walkable to the wharf and Lovers Point.

There’s no fan and the room can get stuffy. The refrigerator didn’t seem to be cold enough to keep food at a decent temp.

Clean and comfortable, professionally managed, location close to attractions and restaurants. Breakfast dining room small, but comfortable., but breakfast above average in quality and taste, with staff assistance. If you brought a pet, they are made to feel welcome. Rooms large and fireplace adds a nice touch. I especially like the linens as they are not home laundered but use a service,so felt clean and crisp. A sign to me of wanting your guest to feel comfortable.
Negatives:
Late check-in and little flexibility. Arrived early but still had to wait until 4:00. Explained by difficulty in getting rooms cleaned early, possibly need more staff. Left at 9:00AM and returned at 1:30 PM and room still not cleaned or made up, so had to forgo maid service that day because wanted to rest & relax before dinner.
