The bathroom smelled faintly of cigarettes. The carpet and walls are showing their age - not terrible, just a bit worn. You have to ask for basic things like blankets and shampoo.

We prepaid for 2 rooms through booking.com. When we arrived we were informed that we would need to pay for the rooms again. The lady working at the front desk kept saying the amount we paid was the fee booking.com charges, the amount was $280!

Allow people to purchase a room with cash I was not able to stay due to the request of a deposit on credit card only
Positives:
Convenient to the location I needed to go for work. Shopping available at nearby Walmart. Easy in and out.
Negatives:
Sticky floors. Had kitchenette but no pots, pans, glasses or silverware. Had to get that separately so I did not bother to do that. The heating and cooling system was on full blast on the AC when I arrived. Chilly! Hard to regulate. The floors were sticky and not clean. I did not walk in there without my shoes on. Bathroom was "cleanish" so it was acceptable for a one night stay. They need to step-up the housekeeping. I did not spend a lot of time in the room and I knew I would not when I booked it. It was loud with people tromping around above me. So, this is a "lay your head down" place to stay for a limited time on a budget.

The room was clean however no coffeemaker or any dishes. After reading a small card on the counter you have to request them which is ridiculous.
Negatives:
I arrived late due to a family members funeral service. I had paid for my room prior to arriving and all I wanted was to go bed however I had to deal with a gentleman who was new and obviously hadn’t been trained properly. Between phone calls to his alleged boss and wanting to charge me another $100.00 for incidentals to which would be refunded in two to three days.I became angry…. In all my business and personal travels over decades I’ve never been charged for incidentals…what a ridiculous policy! Never staying at this hotel again.
