Location was central, it was nice to walk to shops/restaurants. The bed was comfortable, room was a nice size. Always nice to have a fridge and microwave.
Negatives:
Pillows were terrible. The bed was so nice and then they ruined it with the pillows! Why? Seriously, if you can, bring your own.
Upon entering, the room had a funky smell.
The sliding door for my room was broken and didn't lock.
While it was clean, it could really use a touch up in the bathroom, such as fresh paint and recaulking. Though to be fair, that's pretty nitpicky.

Positives:
The hotel is close to the Embarcadero. Its also close to many small shops and eateries in Morro Bay on Main Street. it is also a pet friendly hotel so bringing your pet with you is not a problem.
Negatives:
The downside of it being a pet friendly hotel is theres no carpet on the floors and bleach was used to clean the room. The odor of the bleach was a bit strong walking into the room. But after airing it out for 10 minutes. The room was just fine.

Showers water pressure was very low, like a faucet. Toilets were barely able to flush anything, almost clogging with barely any toilet paper. Hair’s were found on our shower wall(long strands, we didn’t have long hair).
