We were put in an ADA room that looked like they put it together at the last minute. The sink was about to come off the wall. The mirror for shaving etc. was on the opposite wall. There was no closet. The miniest mini refrigerator ever.

Single story building, very easy access, quiet, wonderful staff

Floors were FILTHY. I dont like leaving bad reviews, but omg. Getting out of the shower and walking to the bed area (5 steps maybe) and my feet were black as if Id walked outside on the road barefoot. No exaggeration at all. We had to Wear sandals in the room the entire time. Bed was HARD. I like a firm mattress but it was very much like sleeping on the floor :/ Everything else was very clean; room came with fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and coffee maker.

The hotel was about a 5 minute drive to the main area in Morro and to the beach. There is also a grocery store right behind which is very convenient.
Negatives:
There was no A/C and it was about 100 degrees in our room and the water wouldn't warm up in the shower or sink it was freezing cold. Shower curtain was too small for shower so water went everywhere in bathroom.

Not too much, the rooms were okay inside. Motel was close to the ocean and with sort of a view. Since there was no air conditioning, the room did have a table top fan but no ceiling fan to help cool.
Negatives:
The handicap room I stay in. the toilet was leaking at the base where it attached to the floor with sewage water leaking on to the floor area, making it gross and unsanitary! Also there was no air conditioning in the room and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in for the night!
