It?s a great property. The rooms are nice. Cute bar area.

The hotel staff seemed like they needed more training. Bathroom sink counter is exceptionally small. There was only one repair man for the entire hotel.

Informed at check in that the bar i and restaurant were closed for a private party. And omg. What a loud and extremely large party Just too much! And good thing I checked in at 4ish. Or I would not been able to park in the garage. It was a mad house.

Fantastic amenities. Great service. Beautiful patio and lobby. Great parking. Spa like amenities such as spa robes and slippers make you feel like you are a at a resort. The sauna/steam room is amazing. The food at Broma was great. Even my 14 year old enjoyed it.
Negatives:
My bathroom looked like it was just wiped down-there was hair in the shower and the sink vanity looked dirty.

Positives:
The location is good and staff is awesome, loved that there was a small electric kettle in room to boil water. Very clean which is why I keep coming back:)
Negatives:
The AC in our room did not work and windows don't open. Room got hot and stuff really fast. Lacked end tables and could have used at least 1 extra chair. 1 chair for 3 people in one room is not enough unfortunately.

Room very small T v was broken they knew before hand and did say anything. The garage and hotel not connected what was that . Motion detector for lights so middle of night going to bathroom all the lights turn on. Did turn down not full clean bathroom etc.

Location is great if that’s where you need to be. Close to Google and meta. Amenities were good too.
Negatives:
It was very loud being on the 2nd floor right beside the pool. In addition the people above me were moving furniture and dragging it accross the floor at 5am. I barely got any sleep for 2 days. I expect that in cheaper hotels, but for the price it was very irritating.

Positives:
The hotel is low-key luxury. Very welcoming vibes without being overly eager. Love the easy parking and comfortable (albeit small) rooms. We would absolutely stay again! Hoping to try the restaurant next time as it looked amazing.
Negatives:
The coffee bar was a disappointment. Honestly one of the worst lattes Ive ever had at a specialty coffee shop. The girls who worked there seemed to not care.

During our stay, there was a PG&E power outage that lasted for hours that limited the amenities available such as the elevator (and we were on the 5th floor) and the spa/ coffee was unavailable.

PGE repairs kept power out 5am till 9ish. No ones fault but would have been good to know prior to visit if possible Glow sticks were provided. For going down hall. Stairs 5 floors No help with bags or anything but I managed ok got my exercise lol

Basically clean and super comfortable ,welcoming staff. Consistent No problems with booking or price Wonderful towels and bedding Beautiful atmosphere. In and out Great parking ev charging Restaurant/bar pricey but good Safe convenient area

Tv is tricky Ive figured it out before but not this time More info when checking in would be good Not crazy about water bottles of plastic but at least they offer. And are free. Refill stations are great
