The kindest staff, the free breakfast was a treat and so many different foods offered. Parking was easy and free and the room was bigger than I expected and very comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

The front desk staff was always very helpful and accommodating. The GM Samir was very approachable and kind. Overall good experience.
Negatives:
The price and quality was a shock compared to the next BW I stayed at in Arroyo. I spent a lot of money at the MV location while it met my needs staff was nice the rooms were very dated compared to the arroyo location. The quality was very opposite. I paid less at arroyo also which was incredible fog what I got, it was almost resort like. With that being said, I felt BW was a good choice especially for someone traveling alone.

The breakfast was good and the employees, especially Ray, was exceptional.
Negatives:
None of the tubs held water for a bath. Floors were filthy, no elevator.

Had trouble being handicapped and no elevator also tub would drain so switched rooms. That tub had to have the drain replaced while I was in the room.
