I did not like the staff whom even though my cousin is a elite platinum member that I was booked a room by my cousin whom stayed here in this hotel one year and the staff didnt book my room with her reservation on the points she had earned they claimed that I was connected to her and even though I was not being joined by her I was refused service and I think that is HORRIBLY DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL TO BE SO INHOSPITABLE AND AS A HOTEL CHAIN WITH SUCH A REPORE THIS FRANCHISE IS NOT A GOOD REPRESENTATION OF THE BRAND AND THEY WILL NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO GET THE MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE IF THEY DONT HAVE TO BE IN THE RIGHT OR A EXAMPLE OF THE INDUSTRY SHAME ON THEM TO HAVE THE MARRIOT NAME OVER THERE HEAD THIS IS WHY THEY ARE DOING FLOOD AND FIRE INSURANCE fraud vin hospitality BEEN DOING IT FOR SEVEN YEARS
