The concierge was rude. There were stains all over the carpets. Black stains all over the bed spreads and stains on the bed skirts. There were hairs on the towels. Outlets were coming out of the walls. Stains on lampshade. A remodel is desperately needed.

First room was a dump. Had to have the hotel move us to another room due to bugs and the smell of chemicals. Tiles missing on the wall, sink falling off and missing fixtures in the bathroom.

When we arrived after a long drive we needed a rest room. There was none available. The lobby was "shabby." We asked for a room on the first floor. Although Ramada was nearly empty we couldn't have a room on the first floor. So we went elsewhere!

Defective tiles around the bath, no extraction fan, just a small dirty fan. Roaches where in the refrigerator area.
