Positives: The hotel was very attractive and perfectly located. The staff was mostly knowledgeable and all were friendly. The gifts at check in were delightful.
Negatives: Did not like the barn door bathroom- lack of privacy. Indicated a gym was on property but there was not one. Seemed to be short-handed in the restaurant and the cafe counter. I stuggled with the lack of gluten free options.

Positives: I LOVED the complimentary bottled water!!! Seriously, I can't tell you how important that is to us. We enjoyed the modern decor of the common areas. We liked the outdoor bar area on the 3rd (?) level with the fire pits and again, friendly bartenders. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. And the location of this property is excellent. We walked everywhere - Uptown Theater for a show, coffee in the morning, Oxbow market in the afternoon, plus all of the shops an tasting rooms!
Negatives: The room was a little small, but nothing unbearable. Also, we had to ask for the coffee and toiletries to be replenished (we stayed 3 nights), but I can barely complain because we always had BOTTLED WATER.
We really enjoyed this hotel! It is modern and progressive. I love the open plan in the lobby, where the staff is dressed casually and at free standing computers, instead of behind a desk. Their helpfulness was off the charts and everyone we encountered was super pleasant. The open areas were very inviting and the property was super clean. We LOVED the location.

Positives: Everything was perfect! The bed and pillows were awesome and the room was spotless. The Terrace bar was wonderful. I loved the casual atmosphere.
