They charged us to park on the property. And then did not regulate the electric chargers. They had one for our model that was unavailable the entire time.
The patio with large fireplaces and launching furniture was closed.

Nice room and the front desk waived parking fee. Nice areas to hang out in the lobby.
Negatives:
After being messaged incessantly asking how things were going and if I needed anything, when I finally asked for help because the shower got barely above lukewarm, I was told that it was on purpose and to conserve water, which doesn't make any sense and nobody came to even check to see if it was an actual issue.
It's very much on the more industrial side of Napa. Not pretty. So many car service stations? But only a 4 min drive to downtown.
