didn’t get 3rd floor room we signed up for. put on 2nd floor under room where someone stomped around late at night and early am—front desk did nothing—happened all 5 NIGHTS. room poorly equipped: had to ask for everything. front desk staff rude and unhelpful.

This is an outdated hotel, the room I ordered was a "luxury executive suite", which was their best room, it was a sub par room, nothing luxury about it, nor executive, just an old room with a view to the parking lot. If you are looking for something nice, so much better options in the area
