Make sure you go through the Bill they share while checkout. There were SO MANY issues with my Bill. They added a wrong $199 charge for a meal I did not have. I also opted for a breakfast included room, but they did not subtract the credit from my meal. After I spent half an hour at the reception, explaining all the anomalies, they said they would resolve the issue over email. But the revised bills sent again had issues, I had to spend hours over the phone to get the issue resolved. They overcharged around $300 in the initial bill.

We chose this hotel because the concert we were going to was at this location
Negatives:
First off we had to wait in line for a half an hour to register then we were told our room wasn’t ready. Then we went across the lobby to the bar to have something to eat and or order was wrong then it took them 45 minutes to get us the correct food. We barely got into our room in time to get ready for the concert. Luckily the concert was great and we had a fun evening.

it's really very beautiful and very calm.

In the room we had a lot of broken things, for example the hook for the towels, the toilet door didn't close, the electric keys didn't work, we had to try several times.
